About this board game

Silk Road is a pick-up-and-deliver board game for 3–6 players, with an average play time of 90 minutes. Players travel together in one caravan moving east to west from China to Europe.

Every player wants the caravan to pass through the cities that suit their plans best. As the journey progresses, players look for opportunities to make the most profitable deals with local traders and build their personal fortunes.

The shared caravan creates a common route, while each player pursues their own interests along the way. Choosing which cities the caravan visits is central to the experience, since the route determines where players can seek out favorable trading opportunities.
