Humboldt’s Great Voyage is a 2019 board game for 2–4 players, with play lasting about 60 minutes. Players become adventurous young scientists following Alexander von Humboldt’s legendary expedition route across the American continent.

Humboldt’s first great journey led from the Amazon jungle to the White House and transformed how people understood nature and its relationships. In the game, players continue this spirit of discovery by traveling from one location to the next, gathering the objects they encounter along the way.

The central movement system uses the mancala principle. Players advance in stages along the expedition route while collecting discoveries and deciding how to make their findings available to a world eager for knowledge.
