Fanhunter: Urban Warfare is a miniatures board game for 2 players, with games lasting around 45 minutes. Set in the near future, it takes place in Barnacity, where all forms of geek culture and entertainment have been banned.

In this crazy and violent universe, the Resistance is determined to fight for its right to party. Players alternate turns, moving their miniatures across different boards while working to complete pre-designed missions.

Turn order is determined by drawing an activation counter from a bag, revealing which side acts next. The active player can then activate any of their units or characters, creating a changing flow of turns as the game unfolds.

Characters perform actions by rolling D6s to determine success. Each roll is compared with a threshold number, and every result equal to or higher than that threshold counts as a success.
