Eleminis

About this board game

Eleminis is a quick card game for 2–8 players that takes about 15 minutes, challenging you to collect one of each of five elements in your row.

Each player has five available slots, with each slot holding one card. On your turn, draw a card from the deck. If it is a character card, play it into a row; if it is an action, use its effect instead.

The element cards use a competitive ranking system similar to rock-paper-scissors-Spock-lizard: each element outranks two others. You can place a drawn element in an empty slot or use it to replace a weaker element. Cards may be played in your own row or in an opponent’s, creating opportunities to improve your collection while interfering with another player’s progress.

• Star is wild and can represent any element you need.
• Trash can replace any element, but can be displaced only by a star or an action card.
• Action cards can discard cards in play, move cards, swap them, or recycle by discarding a card and drawing a new one.

Play continues until one player has collected one element of each type in their row. The simple objective is easy to understand, but the ability to replace cards, target opponents, and recycle unwanted cards gives every turn meaningful choices.

For groups who want to play several games, Eleminis also includes a scoring system. With its compact objective and direct interaction, it offers a fast, accessible contest of collection, timing, and tactical card use.
