Sevilla 1503 is a set-collection and auction card game for 2–5 players, with games lasting approximately 50 minutes. Across eight rounds, players compete to acquire cards and assemble a fleet capable of carrying their valuable sets.

Inspired by Seville’s historic role as a major center of commerce, the game evokes the era when trade toward the Indies flowed through the city’s port. Merchants and noble families arrived in search of wealth and adventure, and players now take part in this race across the ocean to the Americas.

Each round features blind bidding followed by a re-bidding phase. Players use these auctions to obtain cards that must ultimately be embarked on their ships. Winning cards is only part of the challenge: your fleet must also have enough capacity to transport what you acquire.

If your fleet lacks the necessary slots, you will be forced to leave goods in the port. This makes each auction matter, as successful bidding must be matched by careful attention to your available shipping capacity.

At the end of the game, players combine the cards they acquired to score as many victory points as possible and ship them using their fleet.
