Voll auf die 18

About this board game

Voll auf die 18 is a funny, cooperative kangaroo card game with dice for 2–5 players, ages 10 and up, played in around 18 minutes. Together, players take on the roles of kangaroos, small artists, or other members of the “anti-social network” to convince Nazis to make the world a little better.

Every Nazi has an individual IQ. To convince one, players must play argument cards whose numbers add up exactly to that IQ. You can argue alone or combine your cards with other players’ arguments, making teamwork essential as the situation becomes increasingly chaotic.

• Cooperative play for 2–5 players
• Argument cards with numbers from 1 to 6
• Individual IQ values and special requirements for different Nazis
• Character-specific rules that must be followed
• An accompanying app with 18 increasingly difficult levels

Some Nazis have a soft spot for particular things, such as card suits, and add further requirements to the challenge. Each character also has its own rule of play, so the group must keep track of more than just the correct total while new problems emerge.

The app also works as a timer, bringing new Nazis into the game at regular intervals. The group loses if it becomes surrounded by Nazis. If all of them can be convinced before time runs out, everyone wins together.

With 100 good arguments against Nazis, Voll auf die 18 combines exact number matching, shared decisions, special rules, dice, and escalating time pressure in a compact cooperative game.
