About this board game

World War Zed: USA is a solitaire board game for 1 player, with games lasting approximately 120 minutes, in which you lead the United States through a devastating Zed outbreak.

Manage the nation’s population centers, farmlands, refugees, and scientific and military response as the crisis spreads across a map of the continental USA. Twenty regions stretch from New York to Kansas and California, while game tracks monitor food supplies, remaining Production Points, DEFCON, and other important conditions.

The game includes counters representing the forces and groups shaping the outbreak, including Zeds, Riots, Refugees, Survivalists, the US Army, the US Marines, and the US National Guard. Markers identify Farms, Cities, Forts, and Nuclear Detonations, giving the map a clear record of the changing national situation.
