Warhammer 40,000: Heroes of Black Reach – Drop Zone Demo Kit is a standalone two-player demo game with an approximately 60-minute play time. It lets players fight for the Emperor as the Ultramarines or join the mighty WAAAGH! as the Orks.

Designed to introduce the Heroes of Black Reach experience, this demo kit includes everything needed to play a full game apart from two six-sided dice. Its included scenario introduces the full Black Reach campaign from the core box, offering a focused way to explore the setting and opposing forces.

The Imperial Gazette contains a rule and scenario booklet, a battleground poster, and separate action-card sets for both sides. The 12 Marine action cards and 12 Ork action cards support the game’s two playable forces.

The Ultramarines units include a Tactical Squad (Solinus) recruitment tile, Brother Malcian support tile, a Rhino upgrade, and Wargear and Upgrade Options. The Orks are represented by a Goff Boyz Mob recruitment tile, Boss Mob and Sluggas support tiles, Killa Kan and Trukk upgrades, plus their own Wargear and Upgrade Options.
