About this board game

Coyote is a fast, chaotic game for 3–8 players that takes about 10 minutes to play. Each card combines an action with a word, creating a sequence that players must perform and say in turn.

To begin, lay out a line of cards. Players then take turns following the sequence, carrying out each card’s action and saying its word. Staying focused is essential, because one mistake can end a player’s run.

The game’s troublemaking twist comes from the “coyote” cards. Add these cards to sabotage the other players and make the sequence harder to follow. As the line becomes more challenging, players must keep up with both the actions and the spoken words.
