About this board game

Of Knights and Ninjas is a competitive strategic card game for 2–6 players that plays in about 20 minutes. Set in a feudal medieval era, it combines tactical decisions with the lively interaction of a party game.

On your turn, draw two cards and choose how to advance your kingdom. You can attack another player’s kingdom, fortify your own with a Castle or Archer, or play a Special Action. Each option supports a different approach to reaching victory.

• Attack: Plunder another kingdom and steal gems.
• Fortify: Build your defenses with a Castle or Archer.
• Special Action: Use a card to change the situation in a different way.
• Respond: When attacked, play a Respond card to lessen the number of gems stolen.

The first player to own 10 gems wins. Because attacks can be answered and every turn presents a choice between aggression, defense, and special actions, your plans may need to change as the game develops.

Will you play cautiously while fortifying your kingdom, or pursue a reckless path of plunder? Of Knights and Ninjas offers multiple paths toward victory, helping make each game unique and replayable. Released in 2020, it is designed for a quick, competitive session with 2–6 players.
