The Chameleon: Picture Edition is a party game for 3–8 players that takes about 20 minutes to play, replacing words with pictures.

Using the game’s Magic Reveal Sleeves, every player can see the secret picture except the Chameleon. This hidden information creates the central challenge: the Chameleon must work out what everyone is discussing without actually seeing the picture.

To catch the Chameleon, each player says one word related to the picture. The visible players need to choose clues that show they know the secret image, while avoiding words that make the answer too obvious. Meanwhile, the Chameleon must listen carefully and say something that sounds as though they know exactly what everyone else is talking about.

• Play with 3–8 players.
• Use pictures instead of words.
• Give one-word clues related to the secret picture.
• Try to identify the Chameleon before they escape.

The result is a social guessing game built around observation, quick thinking, and convincing bluffing. Everyone has a reason to choose their words carefully: the players who can see the picture must reveal enough knowledge to find the outsider, but not so much that the Chameleon can blend in too easily.
