About this board game
Blume is a flowerbed-building board game for 1–4 players, with games lasting about 45 minutes. Over three rounds, players plant and grow their own gardens by placing matching tiles.
Each round brings an important moment of preparation: players prune their gardens before looking ahead to future growth. Managing the flowerbed over time is central to building a valuable greenhouse by the end of the game.
Players also decide how to use their choices beyond planting. They can increase their greenhouse supply or affect the local market, helping determine the value of everyone’s greenhouse. These decisions connect each player’s garden to the changing market around it.
- Build a flowerbed by placing matching tiles.
- Prune your garden after each round to prepare for future growth.
- Choose between increasing your greenhouse supply and affecting the local market.
- Compete across three rounds for the most valuable flowers.
At the end of the third round, players evaluate the value of their flowers. The player with the most valuable flowers wins the game.
Designed by Stevo Torres and developed by Marshall Britt and Andrew Toth, Blume offers a focused gardening and market experience for solo play or groups of up to four. Its compact three-round structure gives each planting, pruning, and market decision a clear role in the final value of your greenhouse.
