Crack It

About this board game

Crack It is a 2022 game for 2–5 players that takes about 30 minutes, challenging players to outwit rival safecrackers and become the last thief standing.

Each player tries to discover the combination of their rivals’ safes while protecting their own stash. During your turn, you can limit a number in a rival’s combination and perform as many available actions as you want. But no move is guaranteed: other players can use ban cards to deny actions.

At the end of your turn, draw cards until your hand is complete, then pass play to the player on your left. Watch the revealed numbers closely and decide when to push your luck, since exposing a rival’s third number opens that player’s safe and removes them from the fight.

• Play with 2–5 players.

The game ends when only one safe remains to be opened. Depending on the chosen game mode, victory goes either to the last thief standing or to the player with the most prestige points.

With hidden combinations, shifting limits, and actions that can be denied, Crack It creates a contest of timing and observation. Keep your own stash protected while working out which rival safe to target next, and aim to claim glory as the King of Thieves.
