About this board game

Super Motherload is a tile-laying deck-building game for 2–4 players, with play time of about 60 minutes. Set in the near-future beneath the surface of Mars, it puts you in command of an elite crew of Pod pilots searching for rare and precious minerals.

Each player begins with a basic deck of cards and draws from it throughout the game. Use your cards to bomb and drill through the game board, collecting minerals and other bonuses hidden in the red crust. The resources you uncover become currency for improving your crew and expanding your deck.

Purchase increasingly powerful cards from the library to make future drilling more effective. Some cards provide an immediate bonus when acquired, while others offer additional benefits when used to drill. Every card purchased is also worth victory points, giving you another reason to develop your deck carefully.
