About this board game

Gaslands: Refuelled is a tabletop miniature wargame for 2–8 players, with games lasting around 90 minutes. Released in 2019, it brings high-speed vehicular mayhem to a post-apocalyptic future where rival crews race, fight, and loot among the ruins of civilization.

Players build and customize fleets of vehicles using expanded options for perks, sponsors, vehicle types, and weapons. The game supports a wide range of scenarios, environmental effects, and campaigns, giving players the tools to create their own anarchic wasteland battles.

In one central race format, vehicles compete to pass through a series of makeshift gates and reach the finish line. Gates must be crossed in the correct order and direction, while the rest of the course is defined by the players, allowing every race to take shape in a different way.

Each round is divided into six phases, known as gears. During each phase, a vehicle follows a manoeuvre template with a number equal to or lower than its current gear. A vehicle’s gear determines which templates it can use and therefore which manoeuvres it can perform, while also affecting other abilities.

Combat and other effects are resolved with six-sided dice. Attackers hit on a result of 4 or higher, while defenders cancel successful dice by rolling 6s. With flexible racing layouts and extensive customization, Gaslands: Refuelled turns every wasteland encounter into a contest of speed, control, and vehicular destruction.
