About this board game
DC Comics Deck-Building Game: Forever Evil is a standalone deck-building game for 2–5 players, with games lasting about 75 minutes.
As the third standalone entry in Cryptozoic’s DC Comics deck-building series, it lets players take the role of infamous DC Super-Villains instead of heroes. Forever Evil can be played on its own or combined with the other games in the line.
The set introduces new challenges and abilities, along with more dangerous Attacks, rugged Defenses, and nefarious ways to interfere with opponents. Its villainous theme is reflected in the way cards can disrupt rival plans and reshape each player’s deck.
- Card destruction: Remove unwanted cards from your deck, including Starter cards that might otherwise remain until the end of the game.
- Victory Point tokens: Collect a new form of reward while staying alert for thieves who may steal your hard-earned loot.
- Villain-focused play: Build your deck around some of the most infamous figures in the DC Universe.
Henchmen left behind do not count toward the bottom line, giving Forever Evil a distinctive approach to managing your deck. With attacks, defenses, card destruction, and token theft all in play, every opponent has ways to interfere with your progress.
Whether played as a complete standalone experience or mixed with previous releases, DC Comics Deck-Building Game: Forever Evil offers a chance to embrace the bad side of the DC Universe.
