Western Legends: Ante Up

About this expansion

Western Legends: Ante Up is a big-box expansion for 2–6 players, with a listed play time of 90 minutes. It raises the stakes in the award-winning Western Legends setting, where fortune awaits those eager to write their name across the expanding western territories.

This expansion introduces new ways to pursue infamy and adventure. Players can try their luck in Faro, a new mini-game, or take advantage of a train that travels across the boards and offers unlawful players the chance to rob it.

Ante Up also expands the available content with new characters, items, Man in Black cards, and Poker cards. These additions can be mixed with the original game or used to replace existing content, giving groups new options for shaping their experience.

• Play the Faro mini-game.
• Rob a train as it travels across the boards.
• Add new characters and items.
• Use new Man in Black and Poker cards.
• Mix or replace content from the original game.

Whether fortune is found with a revolver in hand or through a gamble, the expansion builds on the themes of risk, reputation, and opportunity at the frontier. Its new features and cards offer fresh ways to engage with the world of Western Legends.

Released in 2019, Western Legends: Ante Up is the first big-box expansion for the series. Bring its new mechanics and content into your game when you are ready to ante up and pursue your own place in history.
