About this expansion

Terra Mystica: 4 Town Tiles is a small free expansion for 2–5 players, designed for games of Terra Mystica lasting around 100 minutes.

Handed out to fans at Spiel 2013, this mini-expansion adds four new Town tiles to the game. With these tiles included, the total number of Towns that may be formed in a game increases to 14.

• Tile 1: Gain 2 Victory points and advance 2 spaces on each of the 4 Cult tracks. This tile also provides 2 Town Keys.
• Tiles 2 and 3: These double-sided Town tiles award 4 Victory points. You may move your Shipping marker forward one space for free, then gain the number of Victory points shown on the Shipping space you reach.
• Fakirs: When Fakirs take one of the double-sided tiles, they can instead skip one additional Terrain or River space when using Carpet Flight.
• Tile 4: Gain 11 Victory points when taking this Town tile.

The four tiles offer distinct rewards, including Cult track progress, Town Keys, Shipping advancement, a Fakir-specific Carpet Flight benefit, and direct Victory points. Their effects give the expansion a compact range of ways to benefit from forming a Town.

Terra Mystica: 4 Town Tiles was later rereleased in Terra Mystica: Erweiterungsbogen, a promotional mini-expansion released at Spiel 2015. This makes the set a concise addition for players seeking the original promotional Town tiles and their listed bonuses.
