Arkham Horror: The Card Game – The Scarlet Keys: Investigator Expansion is a player-card expansion for 1–4 players, with games of Arkham Horror: The Card Game taking around 180 minutes. Released in 2022, it brings six new investigators and a massive spread of new player cards to the game.

The Scarlet Keys introduces a story of mysterious disappearances in Arkham, where objects, animals, and people vanish—and fade from the memories of those left behind. The investigators remember what was lost, and an enigmatic letter from someone who claims to remember them sets an epic journey in motion.

The wider Scarlet Keys campaign takes investigators across the globe and places them under the scrutiny of the mysterious and deadly Red Coterie. Its campaign expansion features the game’s first completely non-linear campaign: after the prologue, players choose where to go next, and their destination determines which scenario they play.

This Investigator Expansion focuses exclusively on the player side of that experience. It contains player cards rather than scenarios, allowing players to expand their options while exploring the Scarlet Keys setting.
