About this expansion

Leaving Earth: Mercury is a mini-expansion for 1–5 players that adds the planet Mercury to the pseudo-historical Space Race of Leaving Earth, with a listed play time of 180 minutes.

This expansion introduces new ways to travel to and from Mercury. Its location cards expand the game’s destinations, while dedicated missions offer objectives to complete on and around the planet.

Leaving Earth: Mercury also adds component cards representing samples taken from Mercury’s surface. These cards support the expansion’s focus on exploration and provide a distinct set of materials connected to visits to the planet.

Offered free to anyone who preordered Leaving Earth, the expansion was later made available for separate purchase. It was subsequently included with the base game, making its Mercury content part of later versions of the main release.
