About this expansion

Nucleum: Court of Progress is an expansion for 1–4 players with an approximately 150-minute play time, adding political intrigue and new strategic options to the Nucleum experience.

As the 19th century ends, Europe’s monarchies struggle to remain relevant in a rapidly changing age. From King Frederik’s court in Saxony to Queen Victoria’s aging British Empire and its faraway riches in Australia, political forces are competing for influence in the nuclear revolution.

In this shifting landscape, players take the role of entrepreneurs working to ensure they have friends in the halls of power. Ideologies clash in parliaments, and the new Court action allows you to send your workers to political parties. You may even become a party leader, opening access to various benefits.

Nucleum: Court of Progress can be added to the base game and/or Nucleum: Australia. With its court-centered political system, new content, and revised scoring emphasis, it offers fresh ways to approach the game’s nuclear-era setting.
