Automobiles: Racing Season

About this expansion

Automobiles: Racing Season is an expansion for Automobiles that supports 2–5 players and offers games lasting about 45 minutes.

Bring new character powers to the race by adopting the role of a driver. Each driver has a special power unique to that character, adding a distinct element to your experience on the track.

Players can also acquire sponsors during the game. Every sponsor has an array of actions available to them, giving the expansion another way to shape play as the race progresses.

Racing Season includes three new tracks. Two are smaller tracks that use half of the game board, while a larger track is found on the reverse side of the entire board. Cards are included for these tracks as well as the tracks from the base game.

The expansion also introduces a season of multiple tracks. Players keep their driver for the entire season and, importantly, keep their bag intact as they move from one track to another.

That continuity supercharges the race from the starting line of each race after the first. With its new roles, sponsors, tracks, and season format, Automobiles: Racing Season expands the ways players can experience the racing game across a series of competitions.
