Dungeon Degenerates: Mean Streets Expansion Box is a 2019 expansion for 14 players, bringing the corroded streets and grim settlements of the Wfrstreich to the table.

Four new playable adventurers join the struggle: the Mendicant Monk, Fugitive Fop, Sickly Soldier, and Unlicensed Surgeon. Each comes with a character card, personal items, abilities, and a matching standee.

Every journey into town can become a fresh ordeal with the new Settlement Encounter deck. From the fortress city of Brttelburg to shanty-towns, stilt-hut hamlets, and overripe outposts, the Mean Streets offer dangerous urban adventures amid swords, sausages, and sorcery.

The expansion adds new Loot, Monsters, and Laws, along with the putrescent Plague Mechanic. These additions pit your party of Dungeon Degenerates against two new missions: The Deadly Smell of Disease and The River of Filth.
