Fortune and Glory: Sands of Cairo

About this expansion

Fortune and Glory: Sands of Cairo is a web-exclusive supplement for 1–8 players, with a 90-minute play time, released in 2013. It adds 14 exclusive cards to the Fortune and Glory experience, all featuring new artwork.

Designed to be shuffled directly into the existing Fortune and Glory card decks, this supplement gives Heroes fresh challenges in and around the city of Cairo. Its desert-themed content expands the dangers they may face and the cliffhangers they must overcome.

The Sands of Cairo cards bring new story-focused encounters to your adventures. Explore the atmosphere of Cairo and its surrounding desert through cards that introduce new situations, threats, and opportunities for your Heroes.

• 14 new game cards exclusive to this supplement
• All-new artwork
• New Dangers to face
• New Cliffhangers to overcome
• Desert-themed cards set in or near Cairo

Among the new possibilities are back alley street markets where you can purchase camels and scimitars to aid your adventures. Yet Cairo is not without its hazards: local thugs are always watching, and they may not welcome outsiders.

With its focused desert setting and simple integration into the existing decks, Fortune and Glory: Sands of Cairo offers a compact collection of new cards for players looking to add Cairo-themed dangers, cliffhangers, and encounters to their games.
