About this expansion
New York 1901: Flatiron is a 2015 mini-expansion for New York 1901, designed for 2–4 players. It adds the iconic Flatiron Building as a Legendary Skyscraper, along with new ways to interact with the open market and pursue Bonus Challenges.
The main version includes one Flatiron Building, one Strong Arm action card for each player, and five Bonus Challenge cards. Strong Arm can be used once per game to move a card from the open market to the bottom of the deck, then replace it with a new card.

- 5 Bonus Challenge cards: Cluster, Dynasty, Silver Titan, Big Developer, and Real Estate Mogul
This mini-expansion also appeared as New York 1901: Flatiron in the Spielbox #5, 2015 version. That version contains the Flatiron Building and three Bonus Challenge cards: Big Developer, Real Estate Mogul, and Silver Titan.
With its distinct component sets, New York 1901: Flatiron offers a compact addition to the New York 1901 experience. The Strong Arm card provides a single opportunity to refresh the open market, while the Bonus Challenge cards add named objectives to the expansion content.
