About this expansion
Good Cop Bad Cop: Bombers and Traitors is a hidden-identity and deduction game expansion for 3–8 players, with games lasting about 20 minutes.
Players may still be either Honest or Crooked cops. The expansion adds two new roles—Traitor and Suicide Bomber—each with a different objective and a distinct relationship to the opposing teams.
Honest and Crooked players continue trying to eliminate the opposing team’s leader. This central objective remains at the heart of the game, while the additional roles introduce new conditions that can change what players want to happen as the game develops.
- Honest cops: Work toward eliminating the Crooked team’s leader.
- Crooked cops: Work toward eliminating the Honest team’s leader.
- Suicide Bombers: Try to be eliminated before the leaders.
- Traitors: Try to remain alive when one of the leaders goes down.
Because players can have different goals, identifying who is working toward which outcome is essential. The hidden identities make every elimination significant, especially when a Traitor or Suicide Bomber may benefit from an outcome that does not help either main team.
With its expanded player range and four possible roles, Good Cop Bad Cop: Bombers and Traitors adds new objectives to the original hidden-identity deduction experience. Released in 2015, it supports groups of 3–8 players in quick games of approximately 20 minutes.
