Dungeon Degenerates: Freaks & Psychos Expansion is a 2018 expansion for 1–4 players that adds eight playable characters and a broad selection of new cards and tokens to the base game.

Choose from a distinctive group of new characters, including the Charlatan Magician, Cloaked Killer, Fishy Confectioner, and Hermit Ascetic. The expansion also introduces the Highway Robber, Naughty Naturalist, Sharpshooter, and Solitary Swordsman.

Alongside its new characters, Freaks & Psychos Expansion provides additional cards to bring into your game. Its contents include 18 Loot cards and 15 Skill cards, offering more card content for your Dungeon Degenerates collection.
