About this expansion

Valeria: Card Kingdoms – Shadowvale: Kickstarter Edition is a card-based Valeria game for 1–5 players, with a playing time of approximately 45 minutes. Darkness has reached the kingdom, as Werewolves, Vampires, and other shadowy creatures threaten its people.

Shadowvale introduces a new collection of Citizens, Monsters, Domains, and Dukes to the Valeria setting. Some of the new Citizens specialize in taking out these dark creatures, giving the kingdom fresh ways to face the dangers that emerge from the night.

• Cards that can be mixed with base-game stacks for new experiences

The content is designed for flexibility. Use the Shadowvale components with the base game, or combine its card stacks with those from Valeria: Card Kingdoms to create different combinations for your sessions.

This Kickstarter Edition is also a compilation item. It includes Valeria: Card Kingdoms – Expansion Pack #06: Relics, along with Valeria: Card Kingdoms – Undead Samurai Rider, a Warden-level Monster for the Undead Samurai monster-stack from Expansion Pack #02.

With its ominous threats and expanded selection of kingdom content, Valeria: Card Kingdoms – Shadowvale gives players a darker collection of cards to explore. Whether played with its own components or blended into the base game, it brings new Citizens and shadowy enemies to the struggle for Valeria.
