About this expansion

Aventuria: Heroes’ Struggle is an expansion for 1–4 players that adds six short adventures to the Aventuria Card Game, with sessions lasting about 60 minutes.

The heroes journey through the Bornland, northern Aventuria, the Horasreich, and even exotic Uthuria. Across these distant regions, they take on exciting criminal cases, fulfill curious assignments, and confront terrifying monsters and other fearsome opponents.

Success depends on more than courage. The heroes must rely on their wits and endurance, while also recognizing the importance of the companions at their side. Cooperation and the strength of the group are central to overcoming the challenges found in these varied scenarios.

The expansion introduces Rovena, a catwitch who uses her spells and abilities subtly to overcome her enemies. Her distinctive approach adds another heroic option to the adventures, alongside the existing challenges of investigation, unusual assignments, and dangerous encounters.

Released in 2017, Aventuria: Heroes’ Struggle is designed for players who want more narrative journeys in the Aventuria Card Game. Whether the heroes are solving a mystery in the north, pursuing a strange mission in the Horasreich, or facing dangers in Uthuria, their wits, perseverance, and fellow adventurers will all matter.
