About this expansion

Resident Evil 2: The Board Game – Malformations of G is an expansion for 1–4 players, with games lasting around 90 minutes. Released in 2018, it adds two further mutations of Dr William Birkin to the Resident Evil 2 board game experience.

The expansion contains two highly detailed models representing Birkin’s stage 2 and stage 4 forms. Each model comes with its own rules and behavior cards, allowing these deadly enemies to appear as part of your games.

Malformations of G also includes updated scenarios and tiles for the core game. These additions let players encounter the new boss models within revised scenarios, expanding the ways Birkin’s mutations can feature in play.
