About this expansion

Nusfjord: Expansion Pack #2 – Trout Deck and Besøkende Deck is an expansion for 1–5 players with a play time of 100 minutes. It adds two previously unreleased standalone decks to the Nusfjord experience: the Trout deck and the Besøkende deck.

The Besøkende deck introduces guests as a new mechanic. Players may attract visitors through main buildings and spend them later to gain various effects. Several buildings in this deck also offer additional ways to use visitors for profit, creating new possibilities within the game.

This expansion collection includes:

• The Trout expansion deck
• The Besøkende expansion deck
• One new elder card
• Wooden guest tokens

Both decks contain 44 cards, for a total of 88 expansion cards. They are supplied in a new box size designed to hold both decks, along with the new elder card and wooden guest tokens.

Nusfjord: Expansion Pack #2 is intended for players who already own the Nusfjord base game. It provides a focused way to add the Trout and Besøkende content without purchasing the complete collection.

Both expansions are also included in the Nusfjord Big Box released in 2024. This 2024 expansion set is therefore suited to base-game owners seeking the individual Trout and Besøkende decks, as well as the additional card and components that support the visitor mechanic.
