Freedom Five: Cosmic Threats

About this expansion

Freedom Five: Cosmic Threats is a major expansion for 1–5 players, with an approximately 120-minute play time, adding new content to the Freedom Five experience.

Aliens have been invading Earth for a very long time. The Thorathians are a proud, militaristic extraterrestrial race that has conquered planets across the galaxy, but Earth has proved unusually difficult to take. Humanity’s resilience and the presence of super-powered individuals have made the planet almost more trouble than it is worth.

Now, the Thorathian armies are not the only danger approaching. Ineffable forces in distant corners of the galaxy have noticed Earth and its bright, chaotic inhabitants. Events such as the creation and inevitable destruction of the sentient A.I. Omnitron have drawn the attention of beings far beyond human comprehension.

The Cosmic Threats Expansion is a substantial addition to the game, bringing fresh challenges and new opportunities for play. Its contents include:

• 2 new playable Heroes to master
• 3 new Masterminds to face
• A host of Villains
• New Scenario Comic Books
• Mystery Envelopes, extra cards, and more

With threats ranging from determined alien conquerors to mysterious cosmic powers, Freedom Five: Cosmic Threats expands the scope of the struggle for Earth. Discover new stories, confront terrifying Masterminds, and explore a wealth of additional content in this 2023 expansion.
