Empires: Age of Discovery – Denmark Player Board and White Figures

About this expansion

Empires: Age of Discovery – Denmark Player Board and White Figures is an optional Denmark player board and white figure set for a 2–6-player game with a 150-minute play time, released in 2015.

The Denmark board adds a special national power called Fur Trade. This power gives the Danish player a distinct starting position and a way to gain private information during the game.

• One optional Denmark player board
• White player figures
• The Fur Trade national power
• One Fur and one Fish Trade Good at the start of the game
• Secret access to Discovery counters in New France and New England

With Fur Trade, the Danish player starts with one Fur and one Fish Trade Good. This starting combination defines Denmark’s opening setup and gives the player two specific Trade Goods from the beginning.

At any time, the Danish player may secretly look at the Discovery counters located in New France and New England. The information remains private, allowing the Denmark player to inspect these counters without revealing them through the board description’s stated national power.

Empires: Age of Discovery – Denmark Player Board and White Figures offers a focused national option for players who want to use Denmark’s unique Fur Trade ability. Its optional board, white figures, starting Trade Goods, and secret Discovery-counter access provide the complete Denmark-specific addition described for this release.
