Wonder Tales: Rumplestiltskin (solo mode)

About this expansion

Wonder Tales: Rumplestiltskin (solo mode) is a 2022 expansion for Wonder Tales, designed for 1 player with a listed play time of 30 minutes.

This release adds the long-requested solo play option to Wonder Tales. Rather than introducing a separate multiplayer format, it focuses on providing a dedicated ruleset for playing on your own.

The solo mode is essentially a ruleset expansion, giving the original game a way to be played by a single player. Its design has been developed as an addition to Wonder Tales, while also including physical cards that can remain in play during the experience.

• Solo play for exactly 1 player
• A dedicated ruleset for Wonder Tales
• Four cards that can stay out in play
• A listed play time of 30 minutes

The four included cards make the expansion more than rules text alone. They are intended to stay out in play, helping present the solo mode through a small set of dedicated components alongside its rules.

For players who have been waiting for a way to enjoy Wonder Tales alone, Wonder Tales: Rumplestiltskin (solo mode) delivers that requested format in a focused expansion. With its single-player ruleset and four persistent cards, it offers a clearly defined solo addition to the game.
