Nightmare IV is a 1993 video board game for 3–6 players, designed to deliver approximately 60 minutes of high-fidelity horror featuring the Blood Countess Elizabeth Bathory.

Once imprisoned in her own castle for her murderous crimes, Bathory returns as a terrifying vampire. This time, the challenge is more than a race against the clock: players must face a game of sheer survival while the Countess bares her teeth.

Nightmare IV continues the video board game series with a fresh set of frightening features. Press Play and enter a sinister contest where no game plays the same way twice, keeping each session unpredictable.
