Nidavellir: Thingvellir – Crovax and Odroerir Promo Cards

About this expansion

Nidavellir: Thingvellir – Crovax and Odroerir Promo Cards is a 2021 promo-card release for 2–5 players, with a play time of about 45 minutes. It adds two special cards, each offering a distinct way to increase your Final Bravery Value.

Crovax the Doppelgänger is a neutral Hero worth 25 points at the end of the game. Place Crovax in your Command Zone, then immediately discard the last dwarf card from a column of your choosing. Crovax uses the same power as Bonfur, so all rules that apply to Bonfur also apply to Crovax.

Odroerir, the Mythic Cauldron enters the game through the Age 2 Camp deck. During setup, set Odroerir aside, shuffle the Age 2 Camp cards, and place Odroerir on top of the deck. At the beginning of Age 2, it will therefore be among the five available Camp cards.

• Whenever an Elvaland takes a card from the Camp, place the smallest available coin from the Royal Treasure on Odroerir.
• Continue placing coins until an Elvaland takes Odroerir.
• Move Odroerir and all coins on it to that Elvaland’s Command Zone.
• At the end of the game, add the total value of its coins to the player’s Final Bravery Value.

Nidavellir: Thingvellir – Crovax and Odroerir Promo Cards also has alternate versions called Tom and the Hat. Originally from the Dice Tower 2023 Kickstarter campaign, these cards are identical to Crovax and Odroerir except for their names and artwork.
