Marvel: Crisis Protocol – Thanos

About this expansion

Marvel: Crisis Protocol – Thanos is a two-player expansion for Marvel: Crisis Protocol, with a listed play time of 45 minutes. Released in 2020, it brings the Mad Titan and his quest for cosmic power to your games.

Thanos is one of the most powerful beings to ever live. Obsessed with order and fate, he seeks to bring all living things to heel and remake the universe according to his vision. To achieve that goal, he has devoted much of his life to acquiring the six Infinity Gems, artifacts of limitless cosmic power that together can control all of existence.

This expansion also introduces Ultimate Encounters, a new multiplayer game mode. In Ultimate Encounter: Infinity Gauntlet, two players team up in one last desperate gamble to defeat Thanos before he can use all six Infinity Gems to fulfill his mad vision for the universe.

The included cards and tokens support both Thanos and this special encounter. The contents include:

• One Thanos miniature and one throne terrain feature
• One character stat card and two tactic cards
• Six Infinity Gem cards
• Fourteen Ultimate Encounter cards
• Forty tokens and an Ultimate Encounter rulebook

Whether you want to add Thanos, the Mad Titan, to Marvel: Crisis Protocol or take on a focused challenge built around the Infinity Gauntlet, this expansion provides the components and rules for a dramatic confrontation over the fate of the universe.
