Mundus Novus Promo Cards is a set of five promotional cards for 2–6 players, designed for games lasting about 60 minutes. Released in 2011, this set introduces additional characters and a trading post with distinct effects.

Each card offers a different way to influence scoring, development, trading, or access to the market. Together, they provide several focused options for gaining or improving your victory points during play.

• Buron el Catalan: At the end of each round, scores as many points as the number of conquistadores he has, including himself. Merchants do not count as conquistadores.
• Vicente de la Raya: Can convert a same-of-a-kind series into victory points instead of taking developments.
• Estefano Guante: Gains 3 victory points if he is the trade master during the trade phase.
• Sergio de Lagio: At the end of the supply phase, he can pay 2 to take one card from the market. Replace that card with the first card from the drawing pile.
• Comptoir Commercial: Grants 1 victory point for each merchant and each warehouse you have.
