Sumeria: 2-Player Expansion

About this expansion

Sumeria: 2-Player Expansion is an expansion for two players, with a playing time of approximately 30 minutes. Released as a promo for Sumeria at Essen ’09 in 2009, it provides additional components and rules for a two-player game.

This expansion adds 24 wooden pieces to the base game. The pieces come in the original player colours, with six pieces in each colour, bringing the total to 20 pieces per player.

• 24 additional wooden pieces
• Six pieces in each of the original player colours
• A sheet of rules
• A sticker showing the fourth player turn used only in the two-player game

The included sticker identifies the fourth player turn, a turn that only occurs in the two-player version. The expansion also includes a rules sheet explaining its use with the base game.

Sumeria: 2-Player Expansion is packaged in a baggie and cannot be played without the Sumeria base game. It is specifically designed for games with two players and does not function as a standalone title.

As a compact promotional addition, this release supplies the extra wooden pieces, rules, and turn reference needed for the two-player format. It expands Sumeria while preserving the original player colours and adding the required fourth-player turn marker for this version.
