Bestiary of Sigillum is a strategic two-player board game with 30-minute playtime, in which rival heirs command mystical characters in a final battle to destroy each other’s castles.

The game begins with each player drafting three unique characters. Every character brings different abilities, hit points, and combat roles, creating varied tactical possibilities from the outset. With no random or hidden information, players can focus entirely on evaluating the battlefield and planning their next move.

There are two ways to damage an opponent’s castle. Players can position their characters near the siege tower and claim a majority there to deal 1 damage to the opposing castle. Alternatively, destroying an enemy character immediately causes it to respawn, but its controller’s castle suffers 2 damage.

These interconnected objectives make every engagement meaningful: controlling the area near the siege tower can steadily pressure a castle, while defeating a character delivers a larger blow at the cost of bringing that character back into play. The result is a focused contest of positioning, combat decisions, and information-driven strategy.

Set in a world of mystical signs and slumbering power, Bestiary of Sigillum was released in 2014. It was recognized as a laureate for “Game of the Year” by Настолкомания, “Breakthrough of the Year” by Два в Кубе, and “Best Game of 2014” by Игрокуб.
