A Song of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game – Bolton Flayed Men

About this expansion

A Song of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game – Bolton Flayed Men is a 2018 unit box for two players, with a listed play time of 60 minutes. It lets commanders field the heavily armored Flayed Men cavalry in their forces.

House Bolton’s Flayed Men are among the most-armored units on the battlefield. Their riders wear heavy plate armor, while their horses carry thick barding. Only the toughest and largest horses can bear the weight of all that steel, making this cavalry exceptionally hardy.

This protection comes with a trade-off: the Flayed Men may not be the fastest cavalry unit. However, their strength lies in staying power. With some of the best Defense Saves in the game, they can remain on the field while continuing to bring their brutal weapons to bear.

Their war flails make enemy defenses seem pointless. Spiked balls can wrap around limbs or curve over shields, giving the unit a dangerous way to attack opponents protected by conventional defenses.

• Heavy armor: Riders and horses are clad in substantial protection.
• Exceptional durability: Strong Defense Saves help keep the unit in battle.
• War flails: Spiked weapons can reach around limbs and over shields.
• Neutral allegiance: The unit can serve any army willing to pay its price.

For commanders seeking tough, rugged cavalry, the Bolton Flayed Men Unit Box adds a resilient battlefield presence to A Song of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game.
