About this board game

Abuela Co. is a competitive cooking game for 2–4 players, with games lasting about 100 minutes. Set during Colombia’s cooking competition, it challenges grandmothers to prepare traditional dishes from across the country while racing to outcook their rivals.

Each player uses culinary skill to cook several recipes on a four-burner stove. Play cards onto your stove and manage your cooking while avoiding the other grandmothers, who are competing for the same prize: the title of Abuela Co., or Colombian Cooking Competition.

The contest rewards both speed and seasoning. The grandmother who cooks three recipes brings the game to an end, but finishing first does not automatically secure victory. Once the game ends, the grandmother with the most points wins.
