About this board game

Adulthood is a 2024 board game for 1–4 players, with each game taking about 45 minutes. Players navigate the joys and absurdity of everyday life while working to build personal Happiness and positive Impact.

On every turn, decide how to spend your Time, Energy, and Money. Put Time and Energy into a Career to generate Money, pursue Experiences to gain resources and Happiness, and spend Time on Health to maximize the benefits of your other efforts.

Life is about more than work. Seek out memorable Experiences, find a Partner to build a relationship with, and respond to unexpected Life Events as you shape your path. Each choice challenges you to balance practical resources with the things that make life rewarding.
