About this board game

Airborne in My Pocket is a 1–2 player historical World War II game with a playing time of about 15 minutes. Set during the night before June 6, 1944, it places you among the Allied paratroopers dropped into enemy territory ahead of the Normandy landings.

Your jump has scattered you far from your intended drop zone, and your equipment bag is gone. You have only a trusted Colt .45 and your ingenuity. Worse, you have discovered a hidden German bunker containing two 24.0 cm guns aimed at the beaches of Normandy.

The Allied landings are beginning at 0700. Your urgent objective is to find explosives and sabotage the German battery before the cannons can decimate your comrades. The game’s compact format presents a tense mission against the clock, framed by the danger and uncertainty of Operation Neptune.

The Free Trial Version supports different levels of involvement, from a straightforward Basic Game to more involved Scenarios and Campaigns. The Advanced Game and Scenarios also let you play as soldiers from several nations, offering a broader range of perspectives within the wartime setting.

  • Play with 1–2 players in approximately 15 minutes.
  • Choose between a Basic Game, Scenarios, and Campaigns.
  • Play as American, British, Canadian, French, or German soldiers in the Advanced Game and Scenarios.
  • Expand the experience with alternate cards and locations.

Whether you are attempting a focused sabotage mission or exploring its additional scenarios and campaigns, Airborne in My Pocket puts you directly into a desperate airborne operation. Join the drop, fight the enemy, and try to help win the war.
