About this board game

Al Cabohne is a 1–2-player board game with an approximately 60-minute play time, presenting a variant of Bohnanza built around competition, profit, and the Bean Mafia.

Players compete against each other when playing with two people, while also facing the Bean Mafia. The goal is to make the most profit by selling beans, creating a contest in which a player or the mafia can ultimately come out on top.

Al Cabohne introduces three bean types to the Bohnanza family. Each brings its own beanometer, and these beanometers do not follow the pattern used by the beanometers in the base game.

These new beans give the game a distinct identity while keeping its focus on bean sales and competing sources of profit. Whether played by one person or two, the Bean Mafia remains part of the contest, ensuring that the winning position is not limited to the human players.
