Amun-Re: The Card Game

Amun-Re: The Card Game is a card-based auction game for 2–5 players that plays in about 45 minutes. Across three rounds, players compete for provinces, manage limited gold, build pyramids, and score points as the Nile floods.

Each player begins with money cards valued from 0 to 8 and selects cards totaling 14, including the 0. In each auction, province cards are revealed and players take turns placing exactly one money card beside a province. If another player outbids them, they reclaim their card and bid again on a different turn. After three auctions in a round, players keep their provinces and discard their non-zero bids.

Province cards display pyramids, ankhs, fields, and sometimes a caravan. The player with the most visible ankhs becomes Pharaoh, taking the first turn during actions, with ties resolved clockwise from the Pharaoh. Once the auctions are complete, everyone simultaneously makes an offering of gold. The total determines the Nile flood and the money earned from fields; when the offering total is 10 or less, players with caravans receive 10 gold per caravan.

• The largest offering earns three pyramids, while other players receive two and one.
• Players determine income, spend gold to build pyramids, and take money cards for any unspent income.
• Scoring rewards pyramid sets, nine or more fields, and the most ankhs.

In the second and third rounds, newly claimed province cards are placed over earlier ones, leaving only the imprinted and acquired pyramids visible while the rest is buried in the sands. Players score after each round, and in Amun-Re: The Card Game, the player with the most points at the end wins.
