Apex Theropod Deck-Building Game: Saurophaganax Expansion Deck is a 70-card expansion for 1–8 players, with a listed play time of 290 minutes. It adds a playable Saurophaganax Apex Deck, new cards for the hunt, and a powerful new boss encounter.

Strength in numbers defines this species deck. Several Saurophaganax Apex cards let you bring multiple cards from your discard pile into play when playing a single card from your hand or Ambush spot. Playing cards from the Ambush spot can also provide a high Hunt point reward, encouraging carefully timed attacks.

The deck includes the unique Stomping Grounds! ability, which flushes more prey into the Hunt Trail for your pack of death-lizards to pursue. The expansion also introduces new environments, including Hot Springs and The Great Valley, expanding the settings available during your hunt.
