Arkham Horror: The Card Game – The Feast of Hemlock Vale: Campaign Expansion is a story-driven campaign for 1–4 players, with a play time of 90 minutes. It takes investigators to Hemlock Isle, a secluded island that has only recently opened to visitors.

When renowned botanist Dr. Rosa Marquez receives a strange sample from the island, she suspects that something is wrong. She invites the investigators to join her on a survey, where they encounter deadly, mutated wildlife and a strange, malignant presence spreading across the isle.

The campaign unfolds over three days. During daylight, players can bond with the local residents and explore the island, learning more about the community and its mysteries. After sunset, Hemlock Isle becomes a death trap filled with ravenous, twisted wildlife.
