Armello: The Board Game is a 2–4 player adventure game with an approximately 180-minute play time, set in a colorful kingdom threatened by corruption.

The King of Armello is dying under the influence of the Rot, a dark force that twists body and soul into madness. As Banes roam the land, the Great Clans send their Heroes to compete for the throne. Travel across the map, complete Quests, gather Experience, collect Treasures, recruit Followers, and build the Prestige needed to rule.

Armello combines deck building, area control, exploration, and dice-driven battles. Each Hero begins with a personal deck and adds cards throughout the game. Heroes can also stake claims on Settlements, while battles let you roll dice and use card effects to manipulate the results.

• Quest across Armello: Pursue adventures to gain Experience and valuable rewards.
• Build your Hero: Add cards to your starting deck, collect Treasures, and recruit Followers.
• Compete for Prestige: Earn it by completing Quests and winning battles.
• Choose your path to victory: Reach 30 Prestige, enter the Palace, and slay the King, or win immediately by reaching 70 Prestige.

Every Hero must balance travel, combat, card play, and influence while rival claimants pursue their own route to power. Whether you seek a direct confrontation with the King or hope to win the Armellians’ support, Armello: The Board Game turns the struggle for the crown into a contest of adventure, strategy, and trickery.
