AuZtralia: Promo Packet 1

About this expansion

AuZtralia: Promo Packet 1 is a 2022 card expansion for the AuZtralia base game, supporting 1–4 players and a 120-minute play time. Released for the Kickstarter campaign for the TaZmania and Revenge of the Old Ones expansions, it adds new Mythos and Helper cards.

The pack contains three new Mythos cards for regular games: Cthulhu, Bokrug, and Nightgaunt. It also includes three new Solo Mythos cards featuring the same names. These solo and regular versions have different backs, point placements, and rules or text.

• Cthulhu: included as both a regular Mythos card and a Solo Mythos card.
• Bokrug: included in both formats, with similar rules between the regular and solo versions.
• Nightgaunt: focuses on stealing from another player for five turns in a regular game, while its solo version involves losing a personality card for five turns.

AuZtralia: Promo Packet 1 also supplies 10 Helper cards: “Buddy” Budowski, Florence Poison, Elsa Ware, Lord Switchener, Iron Horse Bob, Charles Grey, Captain Rex Porter, Doctor Anton Phibes, Doctor Herbert Combs, and Emily Earhart.

Because the Mythos cards are separated into regular and solo versions, the packet provides appropriately distinct card backs and effects for each format. It is a focused collection of additional content for players using the AuZtralia base game, whether playing with others or in solo mode.
